Position Overview
The Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales processes, and customer acquisition. The role involves working with domestic and international logistics solutions, as well as channel partners like RSPs, Consolidators, Franchise Collection Centers, and One-Stop Centers.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets, track yields, and manage the end-to-end sales process.

Market Expansion: Implement strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Client Relationship Management: Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships.

Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sales policies.

Collection & Remittance: Achieve collection targets and manage outstanding receivables.

People Management: Support the sales team, optimize staffing, and ensure high performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Industry Experience: Logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain.

Technical Knowledge: Sales processes, revenue management, sales tracking tools (Saffire, Avature).

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and customer relationship skills.
