Job Role

Food Service Assistant – The primary responsibility of this role is to take food orders from passengers and ensure timely delivery during their journey. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a stable job in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Detailed Job Responsibilities 

1. Taking Food Orders (ऑर्डर लेना)

• The Food Service Assistant will be assigned to a specific train or platform.

• They will approach passengers and provide them with a menu or inform them about available food items.

• Passengers can place their orders directly with the assistant or through an app/system if applicable.

• The assistant will note down the order accurately, including the seat/coach number.

2. Processing Orders (ऑर्डर प्रोसेस करना)

• After collecting orders, the assistant will communicate them to the kitchen staff or food counter.

• The food will be packed and prepared for delivery to the respective passengers.

3. Delivering Food to Passengers (खाने की डिलीवरी करना)

• Once the order is ready, the Food Service Assistant will pick up the packed meal.

• They will ensure that the right order is delivered to the correct passenger by verifying the seat/coach details.

• The assistant will maintain hygiene and politeness while serving the food.

4. Collecting Payments (भुगतान लेना)

• If the passenger has not pre-paid, the assistant will collect cash or facilitate digital payments.

• Proper records of transactions should be maintained for accuracy.

5. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction (ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि सुनिश्चित करना)

• Assist passengers with any issues related to their food order.

• Address any special requests or complaints professionally.

• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude to enhance the travel experience of passengers.

Job Details

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Work Days: Saturday & Sunday Off
