Job Details:
Position: Picker, Packer, Loader
Job Type: Full-time (No part-time options available)
Eligibility:
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass
Must be able to read English
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
Gender: Male candidates only (Females should not apply)
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹13,500 (in hand)
- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,500
- Additional Benefits: PF + ESIC
Work Schedule & Shifts:
- Shifts: Rotational shifts every 7-10 days (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
- Weekly Off: 1 day off (Monday to Friday only)
- No weekend off (Saturday & Sunday work is mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
Picking and packing grocery items, vegetables, and household products from racks.
