Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Services Sales Manager to drive business growth within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) & Enterprise Customers (EC). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GCC & EC landscape in India, a proven track record in selling IT services, and expertise in areas such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, digital transformation, IT managed services, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and expand relationships with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) & Enterprise Customers (EC) in India.

Identify and engage key stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Teams within GCCs & ECs.

Understand unique IT needs and position relevant solutions such as cloud migration, IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, AI/ML solutions, and automation.

Drive the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions.

Stay updated on emerging trends in digital transformation, cloud adoption, and regulatory compliance in the GCC & EC industry.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.

Represent TVS Digital at industry forums, networking events, and conferences relevant to GCCs & ECs.
Key Requirements

5-8 years of experience in IT services sales, with a strong focus on selling to GCCs & ECs in India.

Proven expertise in selling cloud solutions, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, ERP solutions, and managed IT services to GCCs & ECs.

Strong understanding of GCC operational models, captive vs. third-party centers, and their IT outsourcing needs.

Experience working with technology providers, IT service firms, or system integrators catering to GCCs & ECs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales automation software.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.

Strong network and relationships with decision-makers in top GCCs & ECs across BFSI, healthcare, retail, and tech.

Knowledge of global compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO, NIST) and their impact on GCC & EC IT strategies.
