Role Overview:
As a SICR Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing supplier-initiated change requests across Philips’ Global QMS. This role requires strong attention to detail, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective change implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Supplier-Initiated Change Request (SICR) management and ensure high-quality documentation.

• Train suppliers on GDP and Philips requirements.

• Collaborate with global teams to align on timely change request closures.

• Maintain accurate data records and conduct regular audits.

• Prepare reports and visually engaging presentations to support decision-making.

• Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

• Certification in ISO 13485:2016 and/or 21CFR Part 820.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in supplier management within a regulated environment.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in change management and stakeholder influence.

• Strong supplier relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
