About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Robotics - Project Manager to lead and manage multiple RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple RPA projects and programs, including opportunity assessment, process design, and collaboration with development and test teams.

• Work with implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

• Develop a strong understanding of business processes across the lifecycle of the card domain.

• Bridge the gap between business users and development teams for effective communication and execution.

• Create project plans, manage stakeholders, and proactively address project risks.

• Apply expertise in UiPath, NICE, Python, and SQL to manage RPA-based automation solutions.

• Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process flows for automation.

• Take complete ownership of assigned RPA projects, ensuring budget, quality, and timelines are met.

• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, infrastructure teams, and application teams for smooth project execution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Successful delivery of key RPA projects and programs.

• Deliver tasks with high quality and within expected timelines.

• Ensure first-time-right deployment in production for assigned projects.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with: UiPath, NICE, SQL

• Strong understanding of: RPA platform architecture

• Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • UiPath Implementation Manager

  • CSM / PMP

• Qualifications:

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT

  • MBA/PGDM from Tier 1/2 Institutes (Preferred)

Experience Required:

• Overall: 7+ years (for MBA/PGDM candidates) / 8+ years (for Engineering candidates)

• Relevant: 4+ years of experience managing RPA projects
