Role Summary

As a Sr. Executive, EH&S, you will be responsible for implementing environmental, health, and safety programs, conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and driving a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives, conduct site meetings, and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Conduct risk assessments, environmental impact assessments, and internal audits.

• Investigate incidents, conduct safety inspections, and ensure action tracking.

• Provide training on EHS policies, risk management, and emergency response.

• Oversee wastewater treatment, waste management, and legal documentation.

Authority & Impact

• Implement EHS policies and stop activities that pose safety risks.

• Counsel employees on safety compliance.

• Report critical issues to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) OR

• Diploma / MSE with an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.

Experience:

• 3-6 years in EHS roles.

• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is preferred.

• Proficiency in EHS IT Tools for reporting and analysis.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of EHS regulations, industry hygiene, environmental compliance, and safety equipment.

• Ability to conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
