Job Overview

Xiaomi is hiring Store Promoters (3 Star Promoters) for its retail stores in Kanpur and Lucknow. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals with a passion for mobile technology and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Xiaomi mobile phones and accessories in the store

• Provide product demonstrations and engage with walk-in customers

• Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Keep display units updated and in good condition

• Provide after-sales support and handle basic customer queries

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass or above

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in mobile retail (mandatory)

• Preferred Experience Brands: OPPO, Vivo, Samsung, OnePlus, Realme, MI

• Gender: Male & Female both eligible

Salary & Incentives

• CTC: Up to ₹17,000 per month

• Incentives: Unlimited based on performance
