Job Role:

As an Apprentice / On-Job Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that equips you with the necessary skills and hands-on experience in aluminum wheel manufacturing. You will work closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic production environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates to kickstart their careers in the automotive manufacturing sector and gain valuable industry knowledge.

Key Features:

• On-roll position as Apprentice / On-Job Trainee

• Stipend-based salary with additional allowances

• 1-year course duration

• Gender: Male & Female can apply

• Overtime as per business requirements

Qualification:

• 10th / 12th Pass

• ITI / NSDC Certified Candidates

Age Criteria:

• 18 to 28 Years

Skills:

• Hindi reading, writing, and speaking skills

Eligibility:

• Open to both Male and Female candidates

• Must meet the age and qualification criteria

Requirement:

• Candidates must be eager to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

• Must be committed for a 1-year training period

• Should be able to attend work regularly

Basic Salary:

• 10th & 12th Pass: ₹16,100/- per month

• ITI / NSDC: ₹17,100/- per month

Additional Benefits:

• Attendance Allowance: ₹400, ₹600, ₹800

• Monthly Leave Encashment: ₹550 per month (1 Leave)

• Canteen: ₹350 subsidized (As per company policy)

• Transportation: ₹470 subsidized (As per company policy)

• Extra Facility: 1 Pair of Dress & Shoes

• Health Insurance: ₹3.5 Lakh or Life Insurance up to ₹20 Lakh (for the training period)
