Job Role:

Tata Motors is hiring for full-time factory operator/production line roles at their Passenger Vehicles Division. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to work in a stable, long-term position with one of India’s top automotive companies.

Key Features:

• Joining Date: 01-04-2025 to 20-04-2025

• Duty Hours: 8-hour shifts

• Shift Timings: A, B, C (rotational)

• Salary (CTC): ₹17,023/- per month

• In-hand Salary: ₹15,000/- per month

• Overtime (OT): ₹139/- per hour

Qualification:

• 10th / 12th Pass

• ITI / Diploma / Graduation (All candidates receive the same salary)

Age Criteria:

• 19 to 30 years

Required Documents:

• 10th / 12th / ITI Certificate (2 Copies)

• Aadhar Card (2 Copies)

• Bank Passbook (2 Copies)

• Recent Colour Photos (10 Copies)

Salary Breakdown:

• Total CTC: ₹17,023/-

• In-hand Salary: ₹15,000/-

• OT Rate: ₹139/- per hour

• Deductions: PF, ESIC, PT

Facilities:

• Meals: One-time meal with tea and snacks provided

• Transportation: Company bus service from accommodation to factory

• Accommodation: Rooms available nearby at ₹1000-1500 per month (advance payment required)

Important Notes:

• Advance room rent payment is mandatory

• This is a full-time position open to candidates with 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation qualifications
