Job Role:

As a Production Line Helper / Assembly Operator, selected candidates will:

• Assist in mobile phone assembly processes

• Operate or monitor basic production machinery

• Handle materials and parts required for the assembly

• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the production area

• Follow SOPs and instructions provided by supervisors

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or Graduate

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Gender: Male & Female

• Age Limit: As per company norms

Salary & Benefits:

• In-Hand Salary: ₹11,000 per month

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month

• Night Allowance: ₹50 per night shift

• Overtime Pay: ₹100 per hour

• Free Meals: Lunch and Dinner provided by the company

Additional Perk:

After completing one year, candidates will receive an Apprenticeship Certificate issued by the Government of India, which can be used as valid work experience across any industry.
