Job Role: Quality Associates Team Leader

As a Quality Associates Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quality assurance processes within your location. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with food safety standards, leading the quality assurance team, and enforcing the implementation of regulatory guidelines such as HACCP and FSSAI.

Qualification:

Education:

• B.Tech & M.Tech in Food Technology, or

• B.Sc & M.Sc in Microbiology

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in food industry quality assurance.

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Expertise in HACCP, FSSAI regulations, and food safety standards.

Certification:

• HACCP / ISO / FSSC 22000 certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the quality assurance team.

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and FSSAI regulations.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of food products and processes to ensure safety and quality.

• Collaborate with various departments to improve food safety practices and standards.
