About the Role

Nestlé is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join its IT HR team based in Gurgaon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment alongside top-tier IT professionals. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving innovation, maintaining a secure and high-performing IT HR systems landscape, and contributing to the long-term digital HR strategy of one of the world’s most respected brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of innovative, secure, and scalable HR solutions.

• Ensure system operations align with Nestlé’s architecture standards and business strategy.

• Collaborate with global teams including HR Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, DevOps teams, and vendors such as SAP, IBM, UKG, Microsoft, and others.

• Support project delivery, including RFP evaluations, solution assessments, technical documentation, and risk analysis.

• Drive system upgrades, performance monitoring, disaster recovery planning, and data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR).

• Mentor and guide offshore architects and graduates within the India IT Hub.

• Participate in Nestlé’s India IT Hub Leadership meetings and act as a key point of contact for Bangalore-based internal HR IT employees.

Required Experience & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 15+ years of IT project implementation and delivery.

• 10+ years as a Solution Architect in the HR domain with hands-on experience in:

  • SAP ERP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors

  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

  • Microsoft Azure (AD, Power BI, Power Apps)

  • Mulesoft integration solutions

Technical Expertise:

• Security protocols and authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, SSO, MTLS).

• Cloud-based HR system architecture and DevSecOps best practices.

• Data privacy and compliance (GDPR).

• Familiarity with tools and platforms like ServiceNow, UKG Dimensions, WalkMe, Confluent, RPA, and AI-based HR applications.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Project management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and mentor others.
