Position Details:

• Role: Picker & Packer (Contractual)

• Shift Type: Day & Night Shifts (Night Shift Allowance Applicable)

• Work Location: Chacharavadi Moriya, Ahmedabad

• Employment Type: Contract-based

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹13,337 per month

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

• Retention Bonus: ₹2,500 (Every 2 months, minimum 25 working days/month)

• Picking Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month (Performance-based)

• Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹1,950

• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹24,000/month
