Job Role: Diploma Technician

As a Diploma Technician at Havells India Ltd, you will be a part of the production team responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting AC and washing machine units. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery and handling production equipment

• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards

• Documenting production activities

• Coordinating with quality assurance and maintenance teams

• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma / Polytechnic in any trade

• Gender: Male & Female (depending on the role)

• Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Salary & Benefits

• In-Hand Salary: ₹16,100 per month (8-hour duty)

• Overtime Pay: ₹75 per hour (3–4 hours daily possible)
