Job Role: Warehouse Picker (Sr. Assistant)

As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a key role in the smooth functioning of Blinkit’s fast-paced supply chain operations. Responsibilities include:

• Accurately picking and scanning products as per order requirements

• Ensuring proper packaging and sorting of goods for dispatch

• Maintaining inventory accuracy and following quality standards

• Coordinating with team members and shift supervisors

• Adhering to safety and hygiene protocols in the warehouse

• Being flexible to work night shifts and overtime when required

Salary Details:

• Take Home Salary: Upto ₹11,828 per month

• Night Allowance: ₹100 per night (₹2,600 for 26 nights)

• Leave Encashment: ₹836 (if no leave taken other than weekly off)

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 (based on roster compliance)

• Performance Incentive (Picker): Up to ₹6,000

• Retention Bonus: ₹1,000 (for 100% attendance from 1st to 31st May)

• Referral Bonus: ₹2,000 per person (up to 5 referrals = ₹10,000)

• Overtime (Minimum 5 OTs): ₹585

Total Potential Earnings: Up to ₹33,849 per month
