Role: Deputy Vice President – Outsourced Site & Infrastructure Management

As DVP – Outsourced Site & Infrastructure Management, you will oversee the management of over 250 locations across India, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and efficient infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure operations across 250+ sites

• Lead procurement, asset transfers, reconciliation, and vendor coordination

• Ensure regulatory and EHS compliance across all vendor sites

• Negotiate with site owners for rental cost optimization

• Analyze and finalize new site setups as per business needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partners

• Implement SOPs and drive infrastructure process improvements

• Ensure timely collection and analysis of compliance checklists

Success Metrics:

• Seamless Stakeholder Coordination

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

• Prior experience in Facilities Management, PMC, EHS & Regulatory Compliance

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Industry:

Financial Services (Credit Cards, Banks)
