Qualification:

• Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass Candidates Eligible

• No Higher Educational Qualifications Required

Age Criteria:

• Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years old.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of work instructions

• Physical fitness to manage production-related tasks

• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

• Discipline and good communication with supervisors

Eligibility:

• Freshers as well as Experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Job Role:

As a Helper at Dr. Oetker India, Noida (Sector 67), you will play a crucial role in the daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in production work such as packaging, labeling, and dispatching products.

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the working area.

• Supporting machine operations under the guidance of supervisors.

• Ensuring all quality control and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

This role requires high energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to meet daily targets effectively.

Basic Salary:

• Day Shift Salary: Upto ₹15,000 per month

• Night Shift Salary: Upto ₹17,000 per month
