Job Role:

Technician / Operator

As a Technician or Operator at Aisin Automotive, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of high-precision auto parts. This includes operating machinery, maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and ensuring quality standards are met during production.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years

• Qualification Required: ITI (Any Trade) or Diploma Holders (EEE, Mechanical, etc.)

• Gender: Male Candidates (Preferred)

• Experience: Freshers and Experienced both can apply

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 10 hours per day

• Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary and Benefits:

• ITI Holders: Upto ₹15,300 per month (for 22 working days)

• Diploma Holders: Upto ₹18,000 per month (for 22 working days)

• Overtime Pay: Paid at double the standard rate
