About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to help us craft effective and engaging content across various channels like email, SMS, IVR, social media, and training. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating non-promotional content, developing customer surveys, and providing training and knowledge management content. This role involves researching industry trends, customer choices, and best practices from the e-commerce ecosystem to create compelling, effective content.

Responsibilities

  • Create non-promotional content for voice, email, chat, and social media channels

  • Develop customer surveys to gather insights

  • Produce training and knowledge management content

  • Ensure content is easy to comprehend, clear, concise, and aligned with the brand’s voice

  • Research industry trends and best practices to craft impactful content

  • Work with stakeholders to determine content requirements and optimize communication channels

  • Optimize content for cost-effectiveness and readability

To Succeed in This Role

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in media/communication or journalism)

  • 2-3 years of experience in content writing, especially in the customer service domain

  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

  • A good understanding of grammar and writing styles

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Hindi

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
