Key Responsibilities:

Store Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure optimal replenishment.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Analyze sales trends, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assistant Store Manager (ASM):

• Assist the Store Manager in managing overall store operations.
• Supervise team performance and provide guidance for achieving targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless store functioning.
• Monitor and maintain operational standards, including hygiene and safety protocols.

Department Manager:

• Manage a specific department within the store, ensuring optimal performance.
• Track and manage inventory levels for the department.
• Train and supervise departmental staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Support promotional and sales activities to maximize revenue.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum qualification of a Graduate in any stream.
• Experience:
  • Store Manager: 8–13 years of relevant experience in retail operations.
  • Assistant Store Manager: 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail operations.
  • Department Manager: 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail operations.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of retail sales and customer service practices.
