Location: Requires travel within a designated radius as defined by the organization
Key Deliverables / Accountabilities

Collaborate with SBI branches to acquire, develop, and retain high-quality NRI clients.

Partner with internal acquisition teams and branch-based NRI Relationship Managers to drive NRI customer acquisition and maintain long-term, profitable client relationships.

Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for:

NRI account openings
-
Account activations
-
Brokerage generation
-
AUM (Assets Under Management) growth

Ensure seamless NRI account opening by:
-
Scrutinizing applications
-
Collecting KYC documents
-
Coordinating with the Central NRI Desk and operations to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) targets

Deliver exceptional service to NRI clients via email, phone, and digital channels.

Identify and act on opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Work closely with internal KYC and Central Desk teams to resolve client issues promptly.

Address and investigate escalations, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Educational & Experience Qualifications

Graduation or MBA (any stream)

2–5 years of sales and customer acquisition experience in BFSI/Broking domain (mandatory)

Prior experience or knowledge in NRI account sourcing is preferred

Full-time MBA freshers with strong knowledge of Capital Markets and a passion for Sales are also welcome to apply
