Current Opening: Apprentice Trainee

This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to start their careers in the core manufacturing sector. As an apprentice trainee at Interface Microsystem, you will be involved in hands-on operations within the production and quality departments.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the assembly and testing of automotive electrical and electronic components

• Operating machinery and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) under supervision

• Supporting quality inspection processes and maintaining work records

• Maintaining workplace cleanliness and adhering to safety guidelines

• Collaborating with team leaders and engineers to meet production targets

This is a practical, learning-based role where trainees will gain exposure to real-time manufacturing processes, tools, and industry-standard practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  • ITI in any trade

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical (preferred)

  • 10th/12th pass candidates also eligible for basic roles

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Work Conditions:

• Duty Time: 12 hours per day

• Shift Type: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Stipend and Compensation Details (for 8 hours, 26 days per month):

• 10th/12th Pass: ₹11,757/- per month

• ITI Holders: ₹12,320/- per month

• Diploma Holders: ₹15,368/- per month

• Overtime: Paid as per company norms

Additional Benefits:

• Night Shift Allowance: ₹520/- per month for trainees working night shifts

• Attendance Incentive: ₹500/- per month for full attendance

• Annual Bonus: Applicable for trainees who complete one full year

• Medical Insurance: Coverage provided under company policy
