Position Overview

Adani Power is looking for a highly experienced Associate Manager – Mechanical to lead the operations of the Coal Handling Plant (CHP) at its Raigarh, Chhattisgarh facility. This is a strategic and technical leadership role, requiring a strong background in thermal power operations, maintenance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Coal Handling Plant (CHP)

• Develop and implement process improvement strategies

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of CHP equipment

• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and operational standards

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet plant goals

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Provide guidance and development to team members

• Prepare operation-related reports, budgets, and performance forecasts

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Experience: 12–17 years of relevant experience in the Thermal Power industry, particularly in CHP operations

• Location: Willingness to work full-time in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh
