Job Description:

Motherson is urgently hiring for production and manufacturing roles in its Noida facility. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates with a 10th, 12th, or ITI qualification to build a stable career in the automotive industry.

Qualifications Required:

• 10th Pass

• 12th Pass

• ITI (Any Trade)

Salary Details:

• 10th/12th Pass: Upto ₹12,300 per month (8 hours shift)

• ITI Holders: Upto ₹13,500 per month (8 hours shift)

• Attendance Award: ₹1,620 per month

• Overtime Pay: ₹55–₹60 per hour

Facilities Provided:

• One-time meal

• Two tea and snack breaks per shift
