Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

• Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are eligible

• Training Type: Apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Trainee, you will be actively involved in:

• Operating in production or assembly line departments

• Handling tools and machinery safely and efficiently

• Adhering to the company’s SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

• Following safety regulations and maintaining punctuality and discipline

• Completing the entire apprenticeship period as per NAPS norms

Salary & Benefits:

• Stipend: Upto ₹16,000 per month

• Overtime Pay: ₹80 per hour

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
