Role/Job Title: Sales Manager - LFRMR
Function/Department: Consumer Durable
Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager - LFRMR is responsible for the acquisition of LFRMR customers for a designated branch. This role involves direct customer interaction, explaining and selling banking products, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the bank. The Sales Manager ensures top-tier customer service, supervises catchment mapping, gathers customer feedback, and identifies and converts potential opportunities. The role is key to driving client acquisition, deepening relationships, and maximizing lifetime value to achieve larger organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Acquire LFRMR customers in the identified segment by analyzing transaction banking needs and meeting/exceeding monthly new customer acquisition targets.

Feedback Management: Provide regular feedback to RM on opportunities and customer needs.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to the bank's selling norms, SOPs, and internal guidelines. Ensure compliance with external regulations.

Customer Relationship Management: Drive client acquisition and deepen relationships with customers to enhance lifetime value.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

Mentor and coach team members to ensure customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.

Foster an environment focused on automation and digital enablement to meet customer needs holistically.

Attract and retain top talent to support the Bank’s rapid growth targets.
Education & Qualifications:

Graduation: Any Graduation

Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation (preferred)
Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in LFRMR
