Job Role:

Production Line Associate / Assembly Operator / Machine Operator

Selected candidates will work on a standing job in a fully automated and air-conditioned manufacturing setup. The job includes:

• Assembling mobile phone components

• Conducting quality checks

• Supporting various stages of the production line

This role requires attention to detail and a willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.

Qualification Criteria:

• 10th Pass / 12th Pass

• ITI Holders (Electronic, Electrician, Fitter)

• Graduates (Any Stream)

• Both Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Age Limit:

Candidates must be between 18 to 24 years of age.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of electronics or production assembly

• Ability to work in standing positions

• Willingness to follow shift schedules (day/night rotation)

• Discipline, punctuality, and fast learning skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have valid documents (Aadhar Card, Educational Certificates)

• Physically fit and ready to work in a manufacturing environment

• Preference given to Noida and nearby location candidates

Work Requirements:

• Both male and female candidates may apply

• Immediate joiners preferred

• 4 weekly offs every month

• Daily working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM + 3 hours of paid overtime

• Shift Pattern: Rotational (15 days day / 15 days night)

Basic Salary Structure:

For 10th / 12th Pass:

• Upto ₹10,994 In-Hand

• Overtime – ₹92 per hour

For ITI Holders (Electronics, Electrician, Fitter):

• ₹12,094 In-Hand

• Overtime – ₹101 per hour

Additional Benefits:

• Attendance Award – ₹2,000 per month

• Night Shift Allowance – ₹1,500 per month

• Free Meals: Lunch, Tea (2 times), and Snacks

• Daily Paid Overtime – 3 hours/day
