Role Overview:
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. Address passenger queries and special requests, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and compliant experience aligned with aviation safety protocols.

2. Officer – Security

Role Overview:
Conduct security screenings for passengers, baggage, and cargo using modern screening tools. Monitor access to secure areas, and respond proactively to any security breaches or threats in compliance with aviation safety norms.

3. Officer – Airport Operations & Customer Services (Ramp Services)

Role Overview:
Oversee and coordinate ramp-side operations including ground handling, turnaround services, and equipment handling. Ensure safety and on-time performance through effective team communication and operational compliance.
