Job Description

We are looking for a Manager of Sales Operations and Enablement to join our team at NTT DATA in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead a team focused on providing the sales team with the tools, processes, and training needed to achieve their goals. You will help improve sales performance and make sure the sales team has the necessary support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

  • Experience managing sales operations or effectiveness teams.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of IT industry operations and solutions.

  • Experience in process engineering, sales processes, and systems.

  • Relevant certifications like SPIN or Solution Selling are a plus.
