About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – SLS UC Operations to join our VT Network Operations team. This role focuses on managing technical support for unified communication services such as Cisco HCS, IMS, and voice platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert 2nd-line support for unified communications services.

• Handle and manage vendor support activities.

• Solve technical issues for customers and join support calls.

• Ensure all reported issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.

• Support planning and execution of change requests.

• Carry out major upgrades and platform changes (NGIN, IMS, Oracle SBC).

• Onboard new customers into the system and update inventory.

• Manage service ramp-up including installation, configuration, and coordination.

What You Need to Have

• Strong knowledge in Voice/VoIP networking and Microsoft Collaboration tools.

• Technical experience in two or more of the following:

  • SIP Protocol, IMS, NGIN

  • ACME SBC, Nexus

  • Firewalls (ASA), Cisco UCS

  • vCenter and Storage

• Experience in scripting (Shell, Python preferred).

• Hands-on experience with tools like Remedy, Netcool, Palladion, VoIP Future, and Science Logic.

• Good communication skills – written and spoken.
