Job Role:

Selected candidates under NAPS (Apprenticeship) / NATS (Training) / GS Schemes will be placed in:

• Production

• Quality

• Maintenance

• Machine Operation

Key responsibilities include:

• Die casting operations

• CNC/VMC machine handling

• Visual and dimensional inspection

• Assembly line support

• Material handling and shop floor upkeep

Full training will be provided by the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• 10+2 (HSC)

• ITI (All Trades)

• Diploma (All Branches)

• Graduation (Any Stream)

Eligible Passout Years: 2015 to 2024

Age Limit:

• Minimum: 18 Years

• Maximum: 35 Years

Gender:
Only Male Candidates

Physical Requirement:
Must be physically fit and willing to work an 8-hour industrial shift.

Salary / Stipend (In-Hand for 26 Days/Month):

• 10+2 Pass: Upto ₹15,000

• ITI Pass: Upto ₹16,000

• Graduate: Upto ₹17,000

• Diploma Holder: Upto ₹18,000

Canteen Deduction: ₹500/month

Shift Information:

General, A & B Shifts
(Rotational shifts may apply)

Overtime & Benefits:

• Overtime paid as per single rate

• PPE and safety gear provided by the company

• Experience certificate provided after training completion
