Village Makhiyav, Taluka Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382110

Key Highlights:

• Direct joining under NAPS/NATS

• Work in battery manufacturing

Eligibility:

• Education:

  • 12th Pass

  • ITI (All Trades)

  • Diploma (All Branches – 2021 to 2025 Passouts)

  • Graduate (2021 to 2025 Passouts)

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

• Gender: Male and Female both can apply

• Other Requirements:

  • Ready to work 8+4 hours in rotational shifts

  • Must carry valid documents at the time of joining

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of assembly line work

• Willing to learn battery production

• Punctual and disciplined

• Team player

• Can work in shift-based environment

Job Role:

Position: Associate – Battery Manufacturing (Apprentice)

Work Includes:

• Assembling battery cells and modules

• Operating and maintaining machines

• Assisting in production process

• Quality checks and reporting

• Following safety rules

Salary Details:

• 12th Pass: Upto ₹15,300 per month (Including allowances)

• ITI Pass: Upto ₹15,800 per month (Including allowances)

• Diploma Holders (2021–2025): ₹18,800 per month (Including allowances)

• Graduates (2021–2025): Upto ₹19,300 per month (Including allowances)

Overtime:
₹115 to ₹124 per hour, depending on qualification.
