Citi is seeking a talented Client Data and Returns Attribution Analyst to join its dynamic Finance team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As part of this global banking giant, you will play a crucial role in managing and defining client financials, including revenue, expenses, cost of credit, and client capital. You will collaborate with various teams, including corporate and private banking, product heads, and geographical leads, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of client P&Ls.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing methodologies for client revenue and capital attribution, helping define client return hurdles, and supporting product teams to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with data policies. You will also need to assess risk while adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard Citi’s reputation and assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Define client financials and work with cross-functional teams on P&Ls.

Develop and implement methodologies for client revenue, expenses, and capital attribution.

Partner with business teams to define client return hurdles.

Ensure the effective execution of processes by working with product teams to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with data policies and governance principles.

Address business risks and maintain the organization’s reputation by adhering to laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services and client analytics.

Strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Master’s degree is a plus).

Experience building and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.
