Position: Trainee Operator

Under the "Earn and Learn" program, selected candidates will receive on-the-job training while working in the production department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in the manufacturing of wire harness and cables

• Operate machines and follow production procedures

• Perform quality checks as instructed

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area

• Report to supervisors and keep daily records

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma (any stream)

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

• Gender: Male and Female both can apply

• Work Location: SUPA, Pune

• Joining: Immediate after selection and documentation

Stipend and Other Benefits:

• Monthly Stipend: Rs. 15,200 for 8-hour shift (for 10th pass; others may get more)

• Overtime: Available

• Food: Tea, snacks, and one meal at Rs. 37 per day

• Accommodation: Available at Rs. 1500 per person (paid by candidate)

• Transport: Provided by the company with Rs. 20 per day deduction
