Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Moulding Machine Operator

Eligibility: 10th or 12th Pass (Male Candidates Only)

Salary: Upto ₹10,994 per month + 4 hours daily overtime

Job Description:

Moulding machine operators are responsible for handling plastic injection moulding machines used in forming components of LED TVs such as back covers, frames, and panel housings. Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating moulding machines with minimal supervision.

• Monitoring machines to ensure proper functioning and troubleshooting minor issues.

• Checking moulded components for defects or irregularities.

• Cleaning moulds and work areas as per company standards.

• Following safety procedures and wearing protective gear while working.

• Reporting production output and downtime to the supervisor.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and basic understanding of mechanical operations.

2. Line Checker / Line Leader (Electronics Assembly Line)

Eligibility: ITI in Electronics (Male Candidates Only)
Salary: Upto ₹10,994 per month + applicable overtime

Job Description:

This role is part of the TV electronics assembly and quality control section. Line checkers and line leaders are vital to ensuring that each TV unit is assembled correctly and meets quality standards before moving to the next production stage.

Line Checker Responsibilities:

• Inspect electronic components such as PCB boards, LED panels, remote control units, and wiring.

• Identify faults and report them immediately to the technical team.

• Perform functionality checks using basic testing tools provided on the production line.

• Keep a record of defective products and assist in minor repairs if required.

Line Leader Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production line, ensuring that each workstation performs efficiently.

• Guide and supervise operators and helpers on the line.

• Coordinate with quality control and warehouse departments for material flow and documentation.

• Maintain discipline, productivity, and adherence to shift targets.

• Provide updates to senior supervisors regarding production status.

This position requires good communication skills, leadership ability, and basic electronics knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male and Female Candidates (depending on the job role)

• Minimum Qualification: 10th, 12th Pass or ITI in Electronics

• Age Limit: 18 years and above

• Willingness to work in 8–12 hour production shifts

• Physically fit and ready for a fast-paced manufacturing environment
