Job Descriptions:

1. Officer – Terminal Services

Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage processes.

• Handle special service requests and customer queries.

• Ensure customer satisfaction while upholding safety and operational standards.

2. Officer – Security

Responsibilities:

• Conduct security screening of passengers, luggage, and cargo using X-ray and scanning equipment.

• Control access to restricted areas and respond to any security threats or breaches.

• Adhere strictly to aviation security standards and protocols.

3. Officer – Ramp Services

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ramp handling activities and facilitate smooth aircraft turnaround.

• Communicate effectively with ground staff and pilots.

• Ensure safety, compliance, and on-time operations of aircraft and equipment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline from a UGC-approved university.

• Open to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Must be well-groomed with no visible tattoos.

• Physically fit and able to perform ground-level tasks.

Mandatory Documents for Walk-In:

• Original and photocopies of 10th, 12th, and graduation mark sheets and certificates.

• Updated Aadhar and PAN card.

• Passport issued after 2021 or police verification certificate.

• Experience letters (if applicable), last 3 pay slips, AEP surrender copy.
