Position: E-Commerce Key Account Manager – Small Appliances

Level: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager
Reporting To: Category Head – Small Appliances

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive e-commerce sales for small appliances across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, Myntra, and others.

  • Achieve sales and volume targets through strategic planning and execution.

  • Negotiate and implement quarterly and annual sales plans with a focus on digital visibility.

  • Analyze customer behavior to derive insights and develop targeted strategies.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce ecosystem.

  • Monitor competition and ensure product portfolio remains ahead in the market.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans effectively.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform partners.

  • Manage working capital, inventory, and ensure timely liquidation of slow-moving products.

  • Coordinate with operations, product, and marketing teams for smooth execution.

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • MBA from a top business school.

Experience:

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce account management.

  • Prior exposure to the Consumer Durables or related industries in the consumer goods sector is preferred.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and relationship management skills.

  • Growth-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to changing environments.

  • Capable of working with multiple stakeholders in a structured manner.
