We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to drive recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring, and collaborate closely with leadership to bring the best talent on board — especially in the thriving BFSI domain.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing top talent to onboarding new joiners

• Own BFSI hiring – focus on leadership and lateral appointments within this critical vertical

• Partner with internal stakeholders – understand hiring goals and deliver quality candidates

• Use smart sourcing techniques – job portals, networking, and headhunting

• Deliver great candidate experiences – from the first call to final offer

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI or BPO hiring

• A strong communicator who can build relationships with both candidates and internal teams

• Someone with an eye for talent, attention to detail, and a hunger to meet hiring targets

• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and performance-driven environments
