About the Role

Tech Mahindra is conducting a mega walk-in drive for Customer Service Executives in a blended (voice + email/chat) process at its Chandivali location. This is a customer-facing role involving communication over calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats

  • Understand and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction

  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication

  • Resolve issues with a problem-solving approach

Key Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months (BFSI or non-BFSI sector)

  • Age: 18 to 35 years

  • Willing to work from the office

Work Details

  • Location: Tech Mahindra Ltd., Wing I & II, Oberoi Garden Estate, Off Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400072

  • Shift: Any 10 hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Working Days: 5 days a week

  • Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs

  • Mode: Work from Office
