- Job Role Customer Care Representative.
- Good Communication Skills, good logical ability and able to give answers on E-com situational questions.
- Chat (Blended Process) Fresher / Min 6 Months Experience into Customer Care is Mandatory
- Mode of Work Work From Office
- Working Days 6 Days & One Rotational Week off
- Education Any HSC/Graduate Can Apply
- Shift Timing 24/7* (Rotational) for Male
- For Female – 7am to 8 PM (Rotational)
Training Days – 15-17 Days (Training Timing – 7 am to 4 pm / 4 pm to 1 Am) Cab facility available in odd hours only in training
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns via chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient support.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues to the relevant team when required.
- Follow standard chat support protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Any graduate (12th pass may be considered for exceptional candidates).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Good typing speed (25-30 WPM with accuracy).
- Basic knowledge of computers and customer support tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently.
