Job Role: Customer Care Representative – International Voice Process (Freshers)

Location: Noida (Work Locations: Sector 144 / Sector 126)

Qualification:

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate (except B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, and Law graduates)

• Regular students currently studying are not eligible

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional telephone etiquette

• Ability to handle inbound customer calls efficiently

• Freshers with interest or experience in US inbound calling, preferably in banking or related sectors

• Helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service

Eligibility:

Freshers who Match the above criteria

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer queries following the company’s call flow procedures

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues according to client guidelines

• Ensure high-quality service and follow escalation procedures when necessary

• Maintain break schedules and participate in motivational activities

• Update necessary logs like complaint trackers and escalation logs

• Protect customer data and maintain confidentiality

Basic Salary: Upto 2.2LPA to 3LPA Approx.
