Join a dynamic and professional support team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will interact with international customers over phone and chat, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice and chat

• Provide timely and effective solutions to international clients

• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

• Follow standard process guidelines and performance metrics

Requirement

• Freshers and those with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational schedules

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good typing and computer navigation skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Location Eligibility:

Candidates should reside within 1.5 km of a railway station in the following areas:

• Central Line: Kalyan to Sion

• Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)

• Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road)

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (based on experience and performance)
