Eligibility Criteria:

• Only female candidates

• Must have passed ITI in any trade

• Year of passing: Between 2015 and 2024

• Age: 18 to 30 years

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of industrial machinery

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational instructions

Salary Structure:

• Starting monthly stipend: Up to ₹12,875 (8-hour duty)

• Overtime Pay: ₹100/hour

• Shift Allowance: ₹50 for B shift, ₹75 for C shift

• Additional ₹75 per day for 12-hour shifts
