About the Job Role

As a Relationship Manager in the Direct Marketing Channel at Kotak Life Insurance, your core responsibility is to generate business through company-provided leads. This is a high-impact, front-line sales role that requires building trust with clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and offering suitable insurance plans. You’ll work on pre-fixed appointments and manage a client portfolio with consistent follow-ups and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads provided by the organization into successful sales

• Meet new and existing customers to pitch insurance solutions

• Maintain and update customer data records

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Work on pre-scheduled client appointments

Basic Salary

₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and location)

Eligibility Criteria
