Job Role:

Client Relationship Associate (CRA) – NGO Calling Process

As a Client Relationship Associate (CRA), you'll make outbound calls to spread awareness about NGO initiatives, engage potential donors, and encourage support. Your role involves building rapport, meeting call targets, and ensuring excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outreach calls and explain NGO campaigns

• Build trust with potential supporters

• Maintain call records and meet targets

• Handle queries and escalate when needed

Location:

Sector 4, Noida (Near Sector 16 Metro Station)
