Qualification:

PG Diploma in Packaging or related field

Skills:

• Packaging Development

• Packaging Materials (Plastic, Glass, Paperboard, Metal)

• Dispensing Systems (Pumps, Tubes, Valves)

• Printing and Decoration Techniques

• Packaging Machines (Bottle Filling, Flow Wrapping, Labelling, FFS)

• Communication and Analytical Skills

• Testing Methods and Trials

• Artwork Proofing

• BOM and Documentation

Eligibility:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in packaging development

• Experience in personal care product packaging is preferred

• Good understanding of packaging materials, machines, and testing

• Strong coordination with product development, brand, and procurement teams

Requirement:

• Handle packaging development from start to finish

• Identify new packaging materials, suppliers, and technologies

• Conduct testing, machine trials, and finalize specifications

• Develop alternate vendors and support cost-saving initiatives

• Approve artwork and ensure smooth packaging operations

• Work on quality and process improvement projects

Basic Salary:

Up to ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
