Job Role:
Counsellor (Sales + Education Counselling)
Location:
Mayapuri, Delhi / NCR
Job Type:
Full Time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to ₹2.75 LPA – ₹4.75 LPA (based on experience and performance)
Experience Required:
1 to 5 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
Education Qualification:
Graduation (any stream) or higher
Job Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to counsel students for NEET/JEE coaching

Guide and convert student leads into confirmed admissions

Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses

Work with support teams like marketing and admin
-
Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
-
Fluent in English and Hindi (both are mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated
-
Comfortable working 8 hours/day in a calling environment

Basic knowledge of sales and student counselling preferred
