Noida, Lucknow, Delhi NCR

Qualification:

• MBA/PGDM in any specialization (Mandatory)

• Minimum 80% in both 10th & 12th standard (Mandatory)

• End-to-End Recruitment Process

• Bulk and Volume Hiring Experience

• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Proficient in Talent Sourcing & Job Portals

• Stakeholder Management

• Understanding of Non-Tech & Sales Hiring

Eligibility:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in Recruitment (Fresher with internship experience can apply)

• Immediate joiners will be given preference

• Prior experience in recruiting for BPO/Sales/Non-Technical roles is an added advantage
