Team Lead – Agri Business & Loans

Location:

Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Features:

• Leadership position managing a small team

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (UG)

Age Criteria:

21 to 40 years

• MIS Reporting

Eligibility:

• Must be a graduate

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales/loan operations

• CIBIL Score must be 600 or above

Requirement:

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills

• Experience in agriculture loans or banking sector preferred

• Proficient in data handling and preparing MIS reports

Basic Salary:

Up to ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.25 LPA
CTC up to ₹2.58 LPA plus additional benefits
